Purchases: Credits and subscription plans are purchased through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
No Refunds: All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. We do not offer refunds for unused credits.
Subscription Plans: Monthly unlimited subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing credit balances are not affected by price changes. Active subscriptions will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
